A properly done installation should never worry you again. That is why every installation comes with a ten-year guarantee on the installation work, as standard. The terms and exclusions are in writing in your contract, with the name and tax ID of who signs it.

Labour and call-outs

The charger and the protective devices carry their manufacturer's warranty plus the three-year statutory guarantee. When you do things properly, signing them for ten years is nothing to fear.

What people usually ask us.
Will I have to increase my contracted power at home?
In the vast majority of cases, no. We install dynamic load management: the charger measures what the home is drawing in real time and adjusts its output so the limit is never exceeded. You charge every night without touching your electricity contract.
How much does it cost to install a charging point?
From €1,600 (VAT included) with up to 5 m of power line; standard installation, October 2026: charger, protections, labour, commissioning, certification in the Community of Madrid and 10-year warranty on the installation work, for a detached house with single-phase 7.4 kW and no civil works or data line. The median of our installations is about 25 m of line, so the usual price is higher. The final price depends on the distance to your electrical panel: we give it to you fixed and in writing before we start.
Do I need permission from the residents' association?
No. The Ley de Propiedad Horizontal only requires you to notify the residents' association of the installation, not to ask for its approval. We draft the letter to the managing agent ourselves and put it on record.
What grants are available right now?
Two. 15% income-tax deduction: If you are an individual and the charger is installed in a parking space or garage you own (or in the communal garage of a building you own), you can deduct 15% of what you pay for the installation on your income tax return, up to a €4,000 base (maximum deduction €600). Requirements: payment by bank transfer or card and private use, with payment made and installation completed by 31 December 2026 at the latest. It does not apply if the space is rented or held in usufruct, nor to companies or owners' associations, which have other incentives. Check with your adviser. And the Energy Savings Certificate, 600 euros, if you have bought an electric car and have scrapped or sold a combustion car that had been yours for more than a year. We handle both.
Which charger is right for me?
The one that best fits your car and your installation, not whatever is in stock. We install Woltio, Policharger, V2C, Wallbox and Tesla, and we recommend on the basis of the car, the existing installation and how you use it.
How long does it take?
An installation in a detached house is usually finished in a single morning. We give you the installation date in the proposal.
When do I pay?
When the charger is installed and working, unless a different form of payment is agreed in your contract. If you prefer, you can apply for financing, subject to the approval of the lender.
